The GAME MASTER Position

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Game Master at our escape room. As a Game Master, you will be responsible for creating a fun and immersive experience for our guests, ensuring their safety, and helping to maintain the overall smooth operation of the escape room.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and has a passion for creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you love puzzles and have a desire to work in a fun and dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!

WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO...

  • Greet guests and provide a brief overview of the escape room experience
  • Monitor guests during their time in the escape room and provide clues and hints as needed to help them progress through the game
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the escape room
  • Ensure the safety of all guests by enforcing rules and procedures
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the escape room experience
  • Handle any customer service issues that may arise

COMPENSATION: BETTER than competitive

  • You'd fit great if you are comfortable working in a confined space and interacting with guests for extended periods of time.
  • You'd fit great if you have previous experience in customer service or the entertainment industry.
