An Escape Room is an exciting, interactive experience designed to promote team work in an immersive, movie-style setting where players follow clues and solve puzzles in order to escape the room they are in. Players have 60 minutes to solve the room’s mysteries and exit in order to win the game. Working together is essential for success.

No. Since COVID, all rooms are private. If you book for 2 or 6, your group will be the only group in the room.

No. Safety is our primary concern. The door the players enter remains unlocked throughout the experience. All of our rooms have enhanced safety features installed to help players to exit safely in the unlikely event of an emergency situation.

Yes! Your team will have 60 minutes to solve a variety of puzzles. Success will require your team to know how to work together and when to delegate tasks. These games provide opportunities to show initiative, leadership, and support for fellow team mates. This is an experience your team will talk about for years to come. Unlike a Ropes Course, this activity is conducted in an air-conditioned environment.

Yes. However, we do recommend you check the website for availability before arriving and we highly recommend that you pre-purchase your tickets online in order to secure your time slot. Additionally, we offer Competitive Solo Escapes that are perfect for walk-ins, those wanting to see what a game is like, and for those wishing to compete against their friends.

Please arrive up 15 minutes prior to your scheduled game time. The game begins promptly at your scheduled time and as a courtesy for the groups that follow your time slot. We cannot delay a game.

Bring your wits and maybe a few friends that think outside the box.

You may exit and return to a room at any time, but only in case of emergency or urgency. If you exit the room during your session, we will not stop the clock. Once the clock starts, it will not stop for any reason. We urge customers to use the restroom prior to their session to avoid having to interrupt their session.

No. Our games can be enjoyed by all ages; however, anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by at least one adult in their party. Our games are not meant to be scary and do not have foul, offensive language.

Yes. The rooms are generously sized, but only you can determine your level of claustrophobia. Keep in mind the game can be left at any time.

There are no refunds but we would be happy to rebook you for a better time as long as you give us at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your original time slot.
